Pavehall Plc have successfully completed the complex refurbishment and conversion of a 1980’s office block into 84 No self-contained rental flats. Pavehall were appointed as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.
A geometrically complicated additional new build 8th floor was added and the complete refurbishment of basement to 7th floor with full mechanical & electrical services.
The 1980’s office glazed fenestration and new double storey 7th and 8th colonnade were give a fantastic “face lift” with bespoke Marley Tectiva panelling.
