Project Scope & Key Works

  • Temporary façade retention to enable construction

  • Reinforced double-storey basement and five upper floors

  • Waterproof basement construction to Grade 3 standard

  • Installation of reinforced concrete frame

  • Heritage-sensitive windows:

    • Thin-section PPC aluminium

    • Steel frames

    • Traditional timber box sashes

  • Insulated roofing systems

  • All works executed to the highest specification with approval from The Crown Estate and English Heritage
