Pavehall has completed the conversion of the historic 1829 Omni House building, located in Kilburn, London.

• Building era: 1829, historic landmark

• Converted into versatile office space with an industrial style while retaining key historic features

• First-floor unit stripped back to reveal original steel beams and concrete vaulted ceilings

• Open-plan layout to create a large, flexible office space

• Retention of historic elements, including:

  • Discovery of the original cobble floor (previously used to house horses)

  • Installation of a glass floor to showcase the historic cobbles

• Blend of industrial modern style with heritage character
