Pavehall Plc recently completed the external regeneration of the historic Clarence Gate Gardens located in Marylebone, London. The Mansions were constructed between 1905 – 1910 and in 1978 became a Grade II* listed building.
Clarence Gate Gardens is an outstanding example of Edwardian construction built in London in the twentieth century. Its iconic red brick structure and elaborate Dutch gables make this a truly iconic building in the heart of London.
