Regulatory-Led Delivery
We have extensive experience operating within the High-Risk Building regime, progressing projects through Gateway 2 approval with the Building Safety Regulator.
Our approach integrates technical design, construction methodology and resident safety from the outset, ensuring works are deliverable, proportionate and regulator-approved before site activity begins. We routinely work in live, occupied environments where escape routes, compartmentation and fire strategy must be always maintained.
