At Pavehall Group, we deliver complex cladding and fire remediation works to occupied residential and commercial buildings across the UK, supporting duty holders in meeting their statutory obligations under the Building Safety Act.
We specialise in the safe removal of combustible external wall systems and the delivery of fully compliant façade and fire safety solutions, underpinned by robust technical design, regulatory engagement and disciplined site delivery.
Regulatory-Led Delivery
We have extensive experience operating within the High-Risk Building regime, progressing projects through Gateway 2 approval with the Building Safety Regulator.
Our approach integrates technical design, construction methodology and resident safety from the outset, ensuring works are deliverable, proportionate and regulator-approved before site activity begins. We routinely work in live, occupied environments where escape routes, compartmentation and fire strategy must be always maintained.
Scope of Works
Our cladding and fire remediation capability includes:
- Removal and replacement of non-compliant external wall systems
- Installation of Euro class A external wall insulation and façade assemblies
- Cavity barrier installation and remediation
- Fire stopping and compartmentation works
- Fire door replacement and upgrading
- Remedial works arising from Fire Risk Assessments
- Integration of active systems, including AOVs and alarms where required
Works are delivered under Design and Build and traditional procurement routes, with full coordination across structural, fire engineering and architectural disciplines.
