Pavehall Group: Awarded Cladding Remediation Scheme for Stewarts Lodge, London

Published 6 May 2026

Pavehall Group are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a cladding remediation scheme at Stewarts Lodge, London—a six-storey residential building with 42 dwellings in a constrained urban environment.

The project forms part of our expanding portfolio of FRA-led remediation works on High Risk Buildings, supporting duty holders in achieving compliance with the Building Safety Act and Gateway regime. Works include the replacement of non-compliant façade systems (brick slip, insulated render, ETICS and zinc rainscreen), alongside upgrades to cavity barriers and fire stopping. Balcony and terrace elements will also be integrated into the overall fire strategy.

Delivered within a live residential setting, the scheme presents complex access, logistical and coordination challenges, requiring a carefully managed approach from design through to completion.

With a strong pipeline of works through 2026 and beyond, Pavehall continues to support Local Authorities, Freeholders, Property Managers and design teams across the UK. Our in-house team of Chartered Construction Professionals ensures capability across assessment, design and delivery, with a focus on Approved Document B compliance and life safety systems.
