Pavehall has been appointed as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer for the building safety remediation works at Elephant Central, one of London’s most significant HRB mixed use developments, comprising residential, commercial and student accommodation.

The project will deliver a comprehensive programme of external façade remediation and internal fire safety improvements across four occupied buildings. Delivering major works within occupied developments requires meticulous planning, technical expertise and close collaboration to ensure the safety of residents, building users and the wider community while maintaining day to day operations.
Led by our team of Chartered Building Engineers and Chartered Construction Managers, the programme will be delivered with safety, quality and resident engagement at the forefront of every stage of the works.
